Snake ‘Boxing Matches’ Draw Tourists in Thailand

Residents of a village in northern Thailand make their living from what they call boxing matches with snakes. Trained snake fighters go eye-to-eye with venomous king cobra snakes. (Sept. 29)

    22ft long is really pushing it. the average is about 13ft long.

    And here I was hopping that it was people who would box each other with snakes used as boxing gloves.

    Those people have already lost 5 children to snake boxing, but they love the sport and you have to admire that.

    wow. I bet all the poison is taken out before the match. Because King cobras carry alot of venom.

    yeah too bad they defang them and thats why they box them. fuckin people should be cut from one end of their throats to the end
