HOW TO GET TO MAYA BAY: Fly to Bangkok (BBK) through KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (which is awesome) then take a jet down to Phuket. Jump on a cab and have them take you to the docks where you’ll catch a ferry to Phi Phi Island. Reserve a room on Phi Phi before you leave home (I recommend Phi Phi Island Village Resort and Spa) then take a long-tail boat to Maya Bay at around 11AM the next morning. This beach was filmed in a movie, called “The Beach” I watched a show on it, and I actually watched the movie, this beach is in it several times.

Very nice and caught at the right time as this beach usually has hundreds on it during the day. Get a more exclusive Maya Bay and camp over night there with the tour that leaves from the lemon grass restraunt on main Phi Phi. I did it and highly reccomend it. Sneak off for romance with your partner while the others get drunk at the end of the beach. This place really is something, but so is the rest of Thailand

Very nice job on your videos, and CONGRAT…on your wedding. I am heading to Thailand in January 6, 2010. I am definitely heading down to “Maya Bay” area, it looks very nice.
